1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Rasa website, placing orders, or using our delivery service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.
2. Grocery & Local Delivery Scope
Rasa is exclusively a hyperlocal grocery, fresh produce, sweets, dairy, and household essentials delivery platform. We do not sell consumer electronics, mobile phones, or fashion apparel. All medicine listings are strictly limited to OTC (Over-The-Counter) healthcare items and first-aid supplies. We do not dispense prescription-only pharmaceuticals.
3. Online Prepaid Orders Only
All orders placed on Rasa must be paid in full through our integrated Online Payment Gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Digital Wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly unavailable to support contactless and instantaneous dispatch.
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment verification by our payment gateway API. In case of payment gateway timeout where amount is deducted but order status is pending, refunds are initiated within 2-4 banking hours.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Delivery Charges
Prices displayed on Rasa are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Delivery is FREE for all cart orders of ₹499 or more. Orders below ₹499 incur a nominal delivery fee of ₹40.
5. Delivery SLA & Timelines
We aim to deliver within 30 to 35 minutes for serviceable local addresses. Severe weather, traffic conditions, road blockages, or unserviceable PIN codes may occasionally extend delivery times. Customers will receive live tracking updates on their order tracker screen.
6. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before our store begins packaging (within 60 seconds of order placement). Once an order is out for delivery with our delivery partner, cancellations cannot be accepted for perishable food items (sweets, fruits, milk). If you receive damaged, expired, or incorrect goods, report via support within 2 hours of delivery for an instant replacement or refund to your original payment source.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gaya, Bihar, India.
